Maira has over a decade of leadership experience working in nonprofit and for profit settings in the areas of leadership, supervision, policy and procedural writing, program development and implementation, trauma informed, and diversity, equity and inclusion business practices, networking, etc. 

Fees for consultation are 175.00 per hour. 

Fees for workshops are 500.00 per workshop.

Maira has overcome various personal and family stressors from childhood that have pushed her to be persistent, determined, and hard working. Now as an adult working on a continuum healing journey, she is passionate in sharing her story of perseverance and self-compassion and highlight the importance of taking care of one's own mental health. Despite her upbringing, Maira became a first-gen graduate and professional, entrepreneur, educator, "momma", and community leader.
