Counseling Services
Maira strives to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their resiliency and inner strengths through her counseling services. She achieves this by providing a neutral safe space and listening to your concerns.
She has more than a decade of experience working with individuals and families experiencing various forms of trauma, social justice issues, depression, postpartum, low self-esteem, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, first-gen students and professionals, anger management, divorce, coparenting, and parenting issues, amongst many others.
She also has experience facilitating anger management, co-parenting, and Nurturing Parenting groups and classes in both English and Spanish and is a certified Trained Nurturing Parenting Facilitator.
Appointments through Video
Appointments for counseling services are offered via video using a secure and HIPAA compliant EHR system.
You can use your cellphone, tablet, or computer to engage in sessions. You will need an email address to set-up the appointment.
